January 1, 2020, I woke up and heard the great world silence. All songs were written on the night of January 6, 2020 except for Renewable Nuclear Bomb, which was started in late November 2019, and Evolve as the Pamphlet Directs, which was written in May of 2020. The album was recorded mostly in a windowless basement room, an Air B&B, and late at night in a church that had been converted into a coworking space.
